Munich \u2014 G\u00d6RG has advi\u00adsed the share\u00adhol\u00adders of HR service provi\u00adder comvaHRo GmbH, Stefan Franke and Marco Peine, on the entry of inves\u00adtors Alpha VCX and Invest AG. A team led by Munich part\u00adner Dr. Bernt Paudtke provi\u00added legal advice on the transaction. <\/p>\n

With the invest\u00adment of Alpha VCX and Invest AG, comvaHRo GmbH is stra\u00adte\u00adgi\u00adcally posi\u00adtio\u00adning itself for the next phase of growth. The company aims to signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly expand its posi\u00adtion as the leading HR service provi\u00adder in the DACH region by 2030. The plan is to selec\u00adtively acquire and inte\u00adgrate comple\u00admen\u00adtary provi\u00adders and streng\u00adthen its presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. <\/p>\n

In addi\u00adtion to capi\u00adtal, the new inves\u00adtors also bring many years of expe\u00adri\u00adence in scaling HR service provi\u00adders and thus support the company\u2019s expan\u00adsion and buy-and-build strategy.<\/p>\n

comvaHRo GmbH<\/strong>, based in Gras\u00adbrunn near Munich, has specia\u00adli\u00adzed in digi\u00adtal HR trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion since it was foun\u00added in 2016. With a combi\u00adned soft\u00adware and service plat\u00adform, the company offers solu\u00adti\u00adons for HR admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion, payroll accoun\u00adting, time recor\u00adding and appli\u00adcant manage\u00adment as well as compre\u00adhen\u00adsive payroll services. Today, comvaHRo employs around 50 people at its sites in Gras\u00adbrunn near Munich and Hamm (North Rhine-West\u00adpha\u00adlia) and supports medium-sized and large compa\u00adnies throug\u00adhout the DACH region. <\/p>\n
