Synvert will become part of Global\u00adLo\u00adgic Inc, the US subsi\u00addiary of Hita\u00adchi and a global leader in digi\u00adtal engi\u00adnee\u00adring. Will\u00adkie acted as legal coun\u00adsel to the share\u00adhol\u00adders of synvert.<\/p>\n

Head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in M\u00fcns\u00adter, synvert has offices in Munich, Hamburg, Croa\u00adtia, Spain, Portu\u00adgal and Abu Dhabi.
