This is the second successful exit for the Munich-based soft\u00adware inves\u00adtor from its Fund I. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the exis\u00adting Ingen\u00adtis manage\u00adment team is reinves\u00adt\u00ading and will conti\u00adnue to lead the company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ingen\u00adtis deve\u00adlops soft\u00adware solu\u00adti\u00adons for Org Charts, Org Design and Org Analy\u00adtics that enable compa\u00adnies to conti\u00adnuously improve their orga\u00adniza\u00adtio\u00adnal effec\u00adti\u00adve\u00adness and perfor\u00admance. The company was foun\u00added in 1997 and is now active in over 50 count\u00adries. Joachim Rotzin\u00adger has been at the helm as CEO since 2022.
