In future, Konica Minolta will focus on the remai\u00adning areas of profes\u00adsio\u00adnal prin\u00adting and digi\u00adtal busi\u00adness models.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new provi\u00adder, KOMI Group, offers mana\u00adged services, IT secu\u00adrity solu\u00adti\u00adons, infra\u00adstruc\u00adture consul\u00adting and modern appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons for the digi\u00adtal work\u00adplace for medium-sized compa\u00adnies. KOMI is also taking over the exis\u00adting custo\u00admer and project struc\u00adtures of Konica Minol\u00adta\u2019s previous IT infra\u00adstruc\u00adture business.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Munich-based invest\u00adment company<strong> Liberta Part\u00adners<\/strong> supported the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion as an inves\u00adtor and active spar\u00adring part\u00adner. As an entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adrial invest\u00adment company, Liberta invests in medium-sized compa\u00adnies with deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment poten\u00adtial and aims to provide them with finan\u00adcial support as well as struc\u00adtu\u00adral and opera\u00adtio\u00adnal development.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An ARQIS team led by <strong>part\u00adner Dr. Mauritz von Einem<\/strong> (photo \u00a9 Arqis) and coun\u00adsel Dennis Reisich provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive advice to the KOMI Group, initia\u00adted by Liberta Part\u00adners, on the carve-out, take\u00adover and restruc\u00adtu\u00adring of the busi\u00adness.
