Hatten \u2014 DRS Invest\u00adment (DRS) has acqui\u00adred a stake in the Austrian auction service provi\u00adder AURENA. \u2014 HEUKING provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive legal advice to DRS and its subsi\u00addia\u00adries, inclu\u00adding DRS KVG GmbH, on the struc\u00adtu\u00adring, launch and closing of the special AIF Skywards GmbH & Co KG as well as on the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the majo\u00adrity stake by the fund in AURENA. <\/p>\n

In addi\u00adtion to the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, HEUKING also advi\u00adsed on the launch of a manage\u00adment parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion program in AURENA. DRS Invest\u00adment is invol\u00adved in the fund as initiator. <\/p>\n

DRS Invest\u00adment SE<\/strong> is a German private invest\u00adment company with a focus on tech\u00adno\u00adlogy-enab\u00adled service compa\u00adnies (\u201ctech-enab\u00adled services\u201d). The invest\u00adment focus is on scalable service plat\u00adforms that enable opera\u00adtio\u00adnal excel\u00adlence and sustainable value crea\u00adtion through the use of tech\u00adno\u00adlogy. Since its foun\u00adda\u00adtion in 2017, DRS has actively supported its port\u00adfo\u00adlio compa\u00adnies in their long-term development. <\/p>\n

Since its foun\u00adda\u00adtion in 2012, AURENA<\/strong> has estab\u00adlished itself as the market leader in Austria \u2014 an end-to-end digi\u00adta\u00adli\u00adzed auction process and its own high-perfor\u00admance auction plat\u00adform make it possi\u00adble to auction large quan\u00adti\u00adties of goods in the shor\u00adtest possi\u00adble time. Over 12,700 auctions have been held to date. More than 180 employees are invol\u00adved in auction projects in Austria and neigh\u00adbor\u00ading Euro\u00adpean countries. <\/p>\n
