Colo\u00adgne \u2014 As part of its stra\u00adte\u00adgic deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment, INTEC Holding GmbH has acqui\u00adred a majo\u00adrity stake in the three compa\u00adnies OSW Tech\u00adni\u00adsche Doku\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion Verlag GmbH, TECO Tech\u00adni\u00adcal Concept GmbH and SCOPE Engi\u00adnee\u00adring GmbH from ARBOR Gruppe GmbH.<\/p>\n

The team led by Colo\u00adgne-based HEUKING part\u00adner Kris\u00adtina Schnei\u00adder<\/strong> advi\u00adsed INTEC throug\u00adhout the entire acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion process \u2014 from legal due dili\u00adgence and contract nego\u00adtia\u00adti\u00adons to the final imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion repres\u00adents a further step in INTEC\u2019s entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adrial deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and is in line with the company\u2019s stra\u00adte\u00adgic orientation. <\/p>\n

With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, INTEC is expan\u00adding its exis\u00adting port\u00adfo\u00adlio in a targe\u00adted manner. The three acqui\u00adred compa\u00adnies contri\u00adbute addi\u00adtio\u00adnal exper\u00adtise in areas such as the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of safety-criti\u00adcal systems, tech\u00adni\u00adcal docu\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion, system inte\u00adgra\u00adtion and product and soft\u00adware deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment. The invest\u00adment streng\u00adthens INTEC\u2019s posi\u00adtion, parti\u00adcu\u00adlarly in the defense and auto\u00admo\u00adtive sectors, and supports the goal of further expan\u00adding the range of services. <\/p>\n

As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, HEUKING was also entrus\u00adted with provi\u00adding legal advice on draf\u00adting the real estate leasing docu\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion for the new Avia\u00adtion Support Center at the Nord\u00adholz airbase. This included the draf\u00adting of a gene\u00adral trans\u00adfer agree\u00adment and the conside\u00adra\u00adtion of publicly subsi\u00addi\u00adzed finan\u00adcing conditions. <\/p>\n
