A consor\u00adtium consis\u00adting of the invest\u00adment firms Energy Equa\u00adtion Part\u00adners and Ston\u00ade\u00adpeak is acqui\u00adring 65 percent of the busi\u00adness. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the petrol station network is valued at around 2.5 billion euros. <\/p>\n

Ston\u00ade\u00adpeak<\/strong>, a leading invest\u00adment firm with a parti\u00adcu\u00adlar focus on the infra\u00adstruc\u00adture and real estate sectors, and Energy Equa\u00adtion Part\u00adners<\/strong> (\u201cEEP\u201d), an invest\u00adment firm with parti\u00adcu\u00adlar exper\u00adtise in the fuel retail sector, have announ\u00adced an agree\u00adment to acquire a majo\u00adrity stake in JET Tank\u00adstel\u00adlen Deutsch\u00adland GmbH (\u201cJET\u201d) from a subsi\u00addiary of Phil\u00adlips 66 (NYSE: PSX). JET is a leading fuel retailer in Germany and Austria and is valued at appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately EUR 2.5 billion as part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. Phil\u00adlips 66<\/strong> will retain a mino\u00adrity stake of 35% in JET through a newly formed joint venture. <\/p>\n

The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to be comple\u00adted in the second half of 2025 and is subject to custo\u00admary closing conditions.<\/p>\n
