The joint venture Endress+Hauser SICK GmbH+Co. KG will streng\u00adthen the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and produc\u00adtion of analy\u00adti\u00adcal measu\u00adre\u00adment tech\u00adno\u00adlogy and gas flow measu\u00adre\u00adment and further expand the part\u00adners\u2019 range of solu\u00adti\u00adons. The deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and produc\u00adtion of analy\u00adti\u00adcal measu\u00adre\u00adment tech\u00adno\u00adlogy and gas flow measu\u00adre\u00adment of the former SICK busi\u00adness unit \u201cClea\u00adner Indus\u00adtries\u201d and its appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 730 employees will be contin\u00adued by the joint venture in the future. The Endress+Hauser Group Sales Centers will take over the distri\u00adbu\u00adtion of the product solu\u00adti\u00adons manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adred there. <\/p>\n
In plan\u00adning and imple\u00admen\u00adting the stra\u00adte\u00adgic part\u00adner\u00adship, the SICK Group was not only able to draw on the exper\u00adtise of Deloitte Legal and Deloitte in Germany, but also bene\u00adfit from the global Deloitte\/Deloitte Legal network. Under the leader\u00adship of Deloitte Legal Germany, Deloitte Legal teams from over 40 juris\u00addic\u00adtions supported the trans\u00adfer of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 800 sales and service employees from the SICK sales and service units in 42 count\u00adries to the respec\u00adtive sales centers of the Endress+Hauser Group. <\/p>\n
Since April 2023, more than 90 employees of Deloitte Legal and Deloitte in Germany as well as nume\u00adrous Deloitte and Deloitte Legal colle\u00adagues from other Euro\u00adpean and non-Euro\u00adpean juris\u00addic\u00adtions have supported the SICK Group in the merger in the field of process automation.<\/p>\n
