The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the finan\u00adcial details.<\/p>\n

As a result of the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, Inter\u00adpath will bene\u00adfit from Kerkhoff Consul\u00adtin\u00adg\u2019s in-depth exper\u00adtise in purcha\u00adsing and supply chain manage\u00adment, while the inte\u00adgra\u00adtion will give Kerkhoff access to new inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal markets and an expan\u00added network. Of the previous three mana\u00adging direc\u00adtors of the Kerkhoff Group, Gerd Kerkhoff and Thors\u00adten Schmidt will relin\u00adquish their manage\u00adment posi\u00adti\u00adons and remain with the consul\u00adtancy as so-called \u201cSpecial Advi\u00adsors\u201d. Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor Ralph Kudla will conti\u00adnue to manage the company\u2019s busi\u00adness toge\u00adther with the other respon\u00adsi\u00adble part\u00adners. POELLATH provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive legal and tax advice to the share\u00adhol\u00adders of the Kerkhoff Group in connec\u00adtion with the sale. Kerkhoff Consul\u00adting GmbH, based in D\u00fcssel\u00addorf, is a manage\u00adment consul\u00adtancy in the field of purcha\u00adsing and supply chain manage\u00adment and supports medium-sized clients in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar in achie\u00adving sustainable impro\u00adve\u00adments in results through indi\u00advi\u00addual solu\u00adti\u00adons along the value chain.
