The sale is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. The Porta Group is one of the largest family-run furnis\u00adhing compa\u00adnies in Germany. With over 370 furni\u00adture stores in 14 count\u00adries, XXXLutz is one of the largest furni\u00adture retail\u00aders in the world.
