The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by the anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. The seller is the Hamburg-based Ganske Group. With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, Harper\u00adColl\u00adins will more than double its busi\u00adness in Germany, Harper\u00adColl\u00adins Germany announ\u00adced.
