Vecos is a leading global provi\u00adder of tech\u00adno\u00adlogy-enab\u00adled smart locker solu\u00adti\u00adons with a focus on offices, educa\u00adtion and health\u00adcare faci\u00adli\u00adties. Ardian acqui\u00adred the stake from Bencis, who have supported the growth of the company since their invest\u00adment in 2019. The manage\u00adment team around CEO Bram Kuipers will conti\u00adnue to lead the company and will re-invest along\u00adside Ardian as part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. Vecos was foun\u00added as an elec\u00adtri\u00adcal engi\u00adnee\u00adring company and, under the leader\u00adship of current <strong>CEO Bram Kuipers<\/strong>, has deve\u00adlo\u00adped into a provi\u00adder of end-to-end solu\u00adti\u00adons for smart locker systems. Vecos\u2019 custo\u00admi\u00adzed and easy-to-use locker system is speci\u00adfi\u00adcally desi\u00adgned to help employees work more flexi\u00adbly in dyna\u00admic and hybrid work envi\u00adron\u00adments. The solu\u00adtion combi\u00adnes hard\u00adware (physi\u00adcal locks and termi\u00adnals) with a proprie\u00adtary Soft\u00adware-as-a-Service (SaaS) plat\u00adform and supports various autho\u00adriza\u00adtion tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies such as employee badges or a cloud-based app for employees. Faci\u00adlity mana\u00adgers bene\u00adfit from a web-based user inter\u00adface for remote manage\u00adment of the lockers and receive real-time data on their use via an online portal. The solu\u00adti\u00adons also offer cost opti\u00admiza\u00adtion poten\u00adtial compared to conven\u00adtio\u00adnal mecha\u00adni\u00adcal or elec\u00adtro\u00adnic locks. The Vecos solu\u00adtion can be seam\u00adlessly inte\u00adgra\u00adted into the IT or work\u00adplace ecosys\u00adtem of its custo\u00admers, enab\u00adling harmo\u00adni\u00adzed manage\u00adment across all loca\u00adti\u00adons.
