Berlin \u2014 Raue has advi\u00adsed the Berlin-based food start-up Hafer\u00adka\u00adter on the buy-out of its previous inves\u00adtors and the conver\u00adsion to respon\u00adsi\u00adble owner\u00adship. The new inves\u00adtors do not hold any voting rights in Hafer\u00adka\u00adter; 99% of the voting rights are now held by the manage\u00adment and foun\u00adders of Hafer\u00adka\u00adter. Accor\u00adding to the artic\u00adles of asso\u00adcia\u00adtion, at least 51% of the voting rights must conti\u00adnue to be held by employees of Hafer\u00adka\u00adter GmbH. After payment of a limi\u00adted return to the new inves\u00adtors, 100% of the profit rights remain with Hafer\u00adka\u00adter. The conver\u00adsion to steward-owner\u00adship and the new invest\u00adments will ensure that Hafer\u00adka\u00adter can conti\u00adnue to operate inde\u00adpendently in the future and can no longer be sold. These struc\u00adtures place control over company decis\u00adi\u00adons in the hands of those who also manage the company and keep the focus on the core busi\u00adness: Porridge to go at busy trans\u00adpor\u00adta\u00adtion hubs. Former inves\u00adtors were Katjes Green\u00adfood and Zentis Ventures, who supported Hafer\u00adka\u00adter with their many years of trust and ulti\u00adm\u00adately made the trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion possi\u00adble. The new inves\u00adtors <\/strong>are Purpose Ventures, Cantella, Karma Capi\u00adtal <\/strong>and private inves\u00adtors<\/strong>. Purpose Ventures is part of the PURPOSE network and accom\u00adpa\u00adnies and invests in compa\u00adnies in respon\u00adsi\u00adble owner\u00adship and those that want to become one. Hafer\u00adka\u00adter has imple\u00admen\u00adted respon\u00adsi\u00adble owner\u00adship with the help of the Purpose Foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon\u2019s veto share model.
