The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price. Muta\u00adres specia\u00adli\u00adzes in restruc\u00adtu\u00adring cases. The sale is subject to appr\u00adoval by the compe\u00adti\u00adtion autho\u00adri\u00adties. \u2014 The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to be comple\u00adted by the end of the 4th calen\u00addar quar\u00adter of 2024. Foun\u00added in 1731, Bude\u00adrus Edel\u00adstahl GmbH (\u201cBude\u00adrus\u201d) is a manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of high-quality special steels with a focus on tool steel, engi\u00adnee\u00adring steel, open-die forgings, closed-die forgings, hot-rolled strip, cold-rolled strip and semi-finis\u00adhed rolled products, which it supplies to a wide range of custo\u00admers world\u00adwide. Bude\u00adrus is a market leader in the tool steel and engi\u00adnee\u00adring steel segments and is known for its high-quality products. The company\u2019s diver\u00adsi\u00adfied custo\u00admer port\u00adfo\u00adlio with around 350 active custo\u00admers is spread across various sectors and end markets, such as light vehic\u00adles, mecha\u00adni\u00adcal engi\u00adnee\u00adring, the truck indus\u00adtry and wind power. With around 1,100 employees, the company gene\u00adra\u00adted sales of around EUR 360 million<\/strong> in the 2023\/2024 finan\u00adcial year.
