The manage\u00adment and the previous majo\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adder, tech\u00adno\u00adlogy inves\u00adtor IMCap Part\u00adners, will retain a stake in the company. Intact digi\u00adti\u00adzes complex work\u00adflows in the certi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion proces\u00adses.
