\nThe Group\u2019s private equity stra\u00adtegy invests in mid-market compa\u00adnies with high growth poten\u00adtial, with a focus on digi\u00adta\u00adliza\u00adtion, build-up and natio\u00adnal and inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal expansion.
\nIt targets dyna\u00admic themes such as sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity, energy tran\u00adsi\u00adtion, rege\u00adne\u00adra\u00adtive agri\u00adcul\u00adture, cyber secu\u00adrity, aero\u00adspace and defense.
\nWith this announce\u00adment, Tike\u00adhau Capi\u00adtal is expan\u00adding its exten\u00adsive invest\u00adment exper\u00adtise and product offe\u00adring in Germany across all four asset clas\u00adses: Private Debt, Private Equity, Real Assets and Capi\u00adtal Markets Strategies.
\nChris\u00adtoph Rinnert will be based in Tike\u00adhau Capi\u00adtal\u2019s Frank\u00adfurt office and will report to Domi\u00adnik P. Fels\u00admann, Head of Germany, and Emma\u00adnuel Lail\u00adlier, Head of Private Equity at Tike\u00adhau Capi\u00adtal. \nPreviously, he was a Direc\u00adtor at 3i Deutsch\u00adland Indus\u00adtrie\u00adbe\u00adtei\u00adli\u00adgungs GmbH and led the DACH indus\u00adtrial holdings busi\u00adness, global initia\u00adti\u00adves and nume\u00adrous transactions.
\nChris\u00adtoph Rinnert was a member of the Super\u00advi\u00adsory Board of Weener Plas\u00adtics Holding B.V., a port\u00adfo\u00adlio company of 3i, where he played a key role in the growth of the company and the execu\u00adtion of various acquisitions.
