\nThe acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion will be finan\u00adced by EUR 9.15 million in cash on the one hand and by issuing 24.8 million treasury shares on the other.
\nA price of EUR 2.40 per share has been set for the SGT shares.
\nOn August 13, 2024, the Frank\u00adfurt-based private equity mana\u00adger announ\u00adced the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of 72.9% of Funanga AG<\/strong> (Berlin), 75% of Campam\u00adocha Ltd<\/strong> (Malta) and 75% of Surfer Rosa Ltd<\/strong> (Isle of Man).
\nWith this acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, SGT begins its trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion into a listed FinTech company, which will operate under the new name \u201cThe Payments Group Holding\u201d.
