The new invest\u00adment by the conti\u00adnua\u00adtion fund provi\u00addes both compa\u00adnies with addi\u00adtio\u00adnal capi\u00adtal and lays the foun\u00adda\u00adtion for the next growth phase. <strong>The fund was signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly over\u00adsub\u00adscri\u00adbed at closing<\/strong> The inves\u00adtors include leading insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors, inclu\u00adding inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons, pension funds and invest\u00adment mana\u00adgers, some of whom were and are alre\u00adady invol\u00adved in previous FSN Capi\u00adtal&nbsp;funds.<br>\nThe main inves\u00adtor is Liech\u00adten\u00adstein-based <strong>LGT Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners; Alta\u00admar\u00adCAM<\/strong> Part\u00adners and <strong>Cubera<\/strong> act as co-underwriters.<br>\nAs a so-called <em>conti\u00adnua\u00adtion fund<\/em>, FSN Confluence follows a model that is still rela\u00adtively new in the indus\u00adtry: initi\u00adally it was a vehicle for the conti\u00adnua\u00adtion of invest\u00adments that were diffi\u00adcult to sell, but today it is gene\u00adrally used to support successful compa\u00adnies at the end of the previous fund&nbsp;term.<br>\nWith the Capi\u00adtal Confluence Fund, FSN aims to seam\u00adlessly conti\u00adnue its successful part\u00adner\u00adship with attrac\u00adtive port\u00adfo\u00adlio compa\u00adnies and thus support them on their contin\u00adued growth path.<br>\n\u201cWe were able to solve a common dilemma in such models with an attrac\u00adtive cons\u00adtruct for all sides,\u201d explains <strong>Robin M\u00fcrer, Co-Mana\u00adging Part\u00adner at FSN Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners<\/strong>.<br>\n\u201cUnusually for the indus\u00adtry, we offe\u00adred exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors the oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to switch to the conti\u00adnua\u00adtion fund at the previous condi\u00adti\u00adons.
