The invest\u00adment is being made by Infle\u00adxi\u00adon\u2019s Buyout Fund VI. TPP was foun\u00added in 2018 and has almost 100 vete\u00adri\u00adnary prac\u00adti\u00adces throug\u00adhout Germany with around 1,700 employees. The company works with local vete\u00adri\u00adna\u00adri\u00adans to provide leading animal health services, prima\u00adrily for small animals, and supports them with compre\u00adhen\u00adsive trai\u00adning, indus\u00adtry best prac\u00adti\u00adces and signi\u00adfi\u00adcant invest\u00adment in tech\u00adno\u00adlogy. The market for vete\u00adri\u00adnary services in Germany remains frag\u00admen\u00adted and offers considera\u00adble poten\u00adtial for further conso\u00adli\u00adda\u00adtion and growth. Infle\u00adxion plans to leverage its exten\u00adsive indus\u00adtry expe\u00adri\u00adence to work with TPP\u2019s foun\u00adding manage\u00adment and share\u00adhol\u00adders to acce\u00adle\u00adrate the company\u2019s growth.
