\nFox Educa\u00adtion Services GmbH previously belon\u00adged to GoStu\u00addent, one of the worl\u00add\u2019s leading tuto\u00adring provi\u00adders and educa\u00adtion platforms.
\nAt the same time, Sdui has recei\u00adved a further 21 million euros from inves\u00adtors. Summi\u00adteer<\/strong> and HV Capi\u00adtal<\/strong> are leading the new finan\u00adcing round with broad support from new and exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors \u2014 inclu\u00adding Haniel, Brigh\u00adteye, Michael Hinde\u00adrer and HTGF.
\nWith the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of FoxE\u00addu\u00adca\u00adtion, Sdui streng\u00adthens its posi\u00adtion as a leading educa\u00adtion tech\u00adno\u00adlogy provi\u00adder in Europe and now serves over 22,000 schools and daycare centers.
\nIn addi\u00adtion, Sdui has raised a further 21 million euros from exis\u00adting and new investors.
\nSummi\u00adteer and HV Capi\u00adtal are leading the new finan\u00adcing round with broad support from new and exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors \u2014 inclu\u00adding Haniel, Brigh\u00adteye, Michael Hinde\u00adrer and HTGF.
\nToge\u00adther with the 25 million euros from the first finan\u00adcing round (Series A), the EdTech provi\u00adder has raised a total of 46 million euros.
\nThe company is inves\u00adt\u00ading part of this sum in the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of FoxEducation.
\nWith the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of FoxE\u00addu\u00adca\u00adtion, the Sdui Group intends to estab\u00adlish itself as a market-leading EdTech provi\u00adder in the field of commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion and messa\u00adging for schools and daycare centers in German-spea\u00adking countries.
\nThe company is active in all three count\u00adries of the DACH market with a broad product portfolio.
