At the US level, Rocket Soft\u00adware was advi\u00adsed on the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by Kirk\u00adland &amp; Ellis. Bird &amp; Bird had previously advi\u00adsed Rocket Soft\u00adware on the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of all shares in the German soft\u00adware company B.O.S..<\/p>\n<p>Rocket Soft\u00adware has deca\u00addes of expe\u00adri\u00adence solving complex IT chal\u00adlenges for the largest and most inno\u00adva\u00adtive orga\u00adniza\u00adti\u00adons. With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the AMC busi\u00adness, Rocket Soft\u00adware can now offer its custo\u00admers moder\u00adniza\u00adtion soft\u00adware solu\u00adti\u00adons ranging from the main\u00adframe to the cloud and has built a more diverse port\u00adfo\u00adlio that is closely aligned with custo\u00admer&nbsp;needs.<\/p>\n<p>Bird &amp; Bird advi\u00adsed Rocket Soft\u00adware on the current tran\u00adsac\u00adtion in 27 juris\u00addic\u00adtions mainly in Europe and Asia (Belgium, Bulga\u00adria, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Nether\u00adlands, Norway, Poland, Portu\u00adgal, Roma\u00adnia, Spain, Switz\u00ader\u00adland, Sweden, United King\u00addom, South Africa, Brazil, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Austra\u00adlia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malay\u00adsia, Singa\u00adpore) with its own lawy\u00aders and retai\u00adned part\u00adner law firms. At the end of 2023, the focus was on support\u00ading Euro\u00adpean aspects of the purchase agree\u00adment and then, follo\u00adwing the agree\u00adment, on the trans\u00adfer of AMC employees.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase agree\u00adment was signed at the end of Novem\u00adber 2023 and concluded on May 1,&nbsp;2024.<\/p>\n<p>The coope\u00adra\u00adtion between the law firm and Rocket Soft\u00adware came about through a cont\u00adact between the Munich M&amp;A part\u00adner Stefan M\u00fcnch and Rocket Soft\u00adware.
