YPOG provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive legal advice to Vsquared Ventures on the final closing of its current fund, Vsquared Ventures II.<\/p>\n<p>This makes it the largest early-stage deep tech fund in Europe to date. With the final closing of Vsquared Ventures II, the total assets mana\u00adged by Vsquared Ventures increase to around \u20ac450 million.<\/p>\n<p>Vsquared Ventures invests in start-ups that build compa\u00adnies with inno\u00adva\u00adtive tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies and create new markets. The fund has a strong focus on promo\u00adting a sustainable Euro\u00adpean deep tech ecosys\u00adtem. Vsquared Ventures targets compa\u00adnies in the fields of AI &amp; next-gen soft\u00adware, energy trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion, new compu\u00adting and sensor tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, new space, robo\u00adtics and manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring, and tech-bio.<br>\nWith Vsquared Ventures II, Vsquared Ventures has alre\u00adady inves\u00adted in eight tech start-ups, inclu\u00adding Neura Robo\u00adtics, Cylib, Quan\u00adtune, Atrandi, Dynelec\u00adtro, Lace Litho\u00adgra\u00adphy, ConstellR and Synthara.<\/p>\n<p>The fund is supported by a large number of inves\u00adtors, inclu\u00adding insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors and family offices.
