IK acqui\u00adred its stake from the Smith family, which remains heavily inves\u00adted. This is the last invest\u00adment of the IK PF II fund, which is now fully inves\u00adted. \u2014 The finan\u00adcial terms of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion were not disc\u00adlo\u00adsed. IK Part\u00adners was advi\u00adsed on this tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by DC Advisory.<\/p>\n<p>A\u2011SAFE was foun\u00added in 1984 and is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in York\u00adshire, UK.
