This means that Renk is now valued at around 1.9 billion euros.<\/p>\n<p>The tank trans\u00admis\u00adsion manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer made the leap onto the Frank\u00adfurt Stock Exch\u00adange at the second attempt: a total of 33,333,333 shares were placed with inves\u00adtors. The invest\u00adment company <strong>Triton<\/strong>whose \u201cTriton V\u201d fund alre\u00adady held a majo\u00adrity stake in Rebecca BidCo S.\u00e0.r.l., will conti\u00adnue to hold a majo\u00adrity stake in RENK Group AG after the IPO. The total place\u00adment volume is appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately EUR 500 million.
