Milan \u2014 R\u00f6dl & Part\u00adner provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive legal and tax advice to the Hettich Group on the complete take\u00adover of the Italian company Formenti e Giovenz\u00adana (FGV).<\/p>\n

The Hettich and Formenti e Giovenz\u00adana groups are two family-owned compa\u00adnies with more than 200 years of expe\u00adri\u00adence in the furni\u00adture fittings sector. Hettich was foun\u00added in 1888 and is today one of the worl\u00add\u2019s largest and most successful manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adr\u00aders of furni\u00adture fittings. The company is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Kirchlen\u00adgern in the furni\u00adture clus\u00adter of East West\u00adpha\u00adlia. The FGV Group, which opera\u00adtes in the same sector, was foun\u00added in Vedug\u00adgio con Colzano in 1947 and has six produc\u00adtion sites worldwide.<\/p>\n

R\u00f6dl & Part\u00adner Italy advi\u00adsed Hettich on the entire contract nego\u00adtia\u00adti\u00adons, inclu\u00adding signing and closing, with an inter\u00addi\u00adsci\u00adpli\u00adnary team. Stefan Bran\u00addes, Mana\u00adging Part\u00adner of R\u00f6dl & Part\u00adner Italy, was respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the over\u00adall project manage\u00adment and was supported in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar by Sebas\u00adtiano Iacono (Mana\u00adger) during the purchase agree\u00adment nego\u00adtia\u00adti\u00adons and imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The tax law team was led by Thomas Giuliani (part\u00adner). In addi\u00adtion to other lawy\u00aders and tax consul\u00adtants from R\u00f6dl & Part\u00adner Italy, consul\u00adtants from R\u00f6dl & Part\u00adner Poland, Brazil, China, Germany, France and Slova\u00adkia were also invol\u00adved in the over\u00adall project.<\/p>\n

The sellers were advi\u00adsed by UBS (respon\u00adsi\u00adble direc\u00adtor Franco Cappiello) as finan\u00adcial advi\u00adsor and Bonel\u00adliE\u00adrede (respon\u00adsi\u00adble part\u00adner Feder\u00adico Vermic\u00adelli) as legal advi\u00adsor. The nota\u00adriza\u00adtion was carried out by ZNR notai.<\/p>\n
