\n<\/a> based in Ried\u00adlin\u00adgen, Germany. The merger has crea\u00adted a leading global invest\u00adment casting company under the new Texmo Blank brand. Texmo Blan\u00adk\u2019s custo\u00admers are leading compa\u00adnies from the auto\u00admo\u00adtive, indus\u00adtrial, aero\u00adspace and medi\u00adcal sectors.<\/p>\n

The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion was carried out by way of a share deal. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price. BRANDI Rechts\u00adan\u00adw\u00e4lte advi\u00adses Texmo Precis\u00adion Castings on merger with Blank Group.<\/p>\n

Texmo Precis\u00adion Castings is part of the Texmo Group, which was foun\u00added in 1956. The core busi\u00adness at the time was the manu\u00adfac\u00adture of water pumps and elec\u00adtric motors. With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the majo\u00adrity share\u00adhol\u00adding, Texmo Blank now has produc\u00adtion faci\u00adli\u00adties in the USA, Germany, Roma\u00adnia and India with a total of 1710 employees and an annual turno\u00adver of around 125 million US dollars. Texmo Precis\u00adion Castings is the only commer\u00adcial foundry in the world with faci\u00adli\u00adties in Asia, Europe and the USA for the produc\u00adtion of invest\u00adment castings.<\/p>\n

The Blank Group goes back to the foun\u00adding of a commer\u00adcial agency for tools and machine tools in Ried\u00adlin\u00adgen in 1950 by Wilhelm Blank. The company has grown conti\u00adnuously since it was founded.<\/p>\n
