Hermann Rosen will remain on the board of the ROSEN Group and will reinvest in the company along\u00adside Part\u00adners Group. The closing of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is still subject to the usual regu\u00adla\u00adtory appr\u00adovals and is expec\u00adted to take place in the first half of 2024.
