Paris\/ Munich \u2014 EMZ Part\u00adners (\u201cEMZ\u201d) acqui\u00adres a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant stake in H&Z Unter\u00adneh\u00admens\u00adbe\u00adra\u00adtung (\u201cH&Z\u201d). In addi\u00adtion to EMZ, a total of 120 H&Z employees will parti\u00adci\u00adpate in the group, forming one of the largest employee parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion programs in the manage\u00adment consul\u00adting indus\u00adtry in DACH. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the finan\u00adcial details of the invest\u00adment. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by the anti\u00adtrust authorities.<\/p>\n

H&Z was foun\u00added in 1997 as an inde\u00adpen\u00addent consul\u00adting firm in Munich and has since pursued the unique approach of \u201cconsul\u00adting with brain, heart and hand\u201d. The consul\u00adting projects focus stron\u00adgly on sustainable trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion and tangi\u00adble results for custo\u00admers.
