With QUADRA energy, Total\u00adEner\u00adgies acqui\u00adres a German market leader in the direct marke\u00adting of rene\u00adwa\u00adble ener\u00adgies. Allen & Overy advi\u00adsed the Aloys Wobben Foun\u00adda\u00adtion on this tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is still subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant authorities.<\/p>\n
With this tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, AWS wants to secure the further growth path of QUADRA energy and at the same time consis\u00adt\u00adently focus on the market support of the wind turbine manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer ENERCON as the core company of AWS. The Aloys Wobben Foun\u00adda\u00adtion<\/strong>, estab\u00adlished in 2012, preser\u00adves the life\u2019s work of wind energy pioneer Dr. Aloys Wobben and secu\u00adres the long-term inde\u00adpen\u00addence of ENERCON, the leading German and Euro\u00adpean wind turbine manufacturer.<\/p>\n QUADRA energy<\/strong> is one of the few one hundred percent green energy supply compa\u00adnies in Germany.
