The finan\u00adcing round was led by Euro\u00adpean growth inves\u00adtor Acton Capi\u00adtal; exis\u00adting inves\u00adtor Fair Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners also joined the round. \u2014 YPOG provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive legal and tax advice to ECO Group on its invest\u00adment in the natu\u00adral cosme\u00adtics brand BEN&ANNA from JM Nature GmbH.<\/p>\n

This stra\u00adte\u00adgic step will enable the ECO Group to expand its capa\u00adci\u00adties in the area of sustainable consu\u00admer goods and streng\u00adthen its market presence. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, ECO Group will also become a share\u00adhol\u00adder in Global Eco Pack GmbH, a manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer of pack\u00ada\u00adging mate\u00adri\u00adals specia\u00adli\u00adzing in the use of paper instead of plastic.<\/p>\n

Foun\u00added in Bad Homburg in 2022 by Chris\u00adtoph Schwerdtle and Thomas Nehfi\u00adscher, the start-up bund\u00adles sustainable brands such as Hydro\u00adphil, Naiked, Kuno and Herbalind under one roof. The ECO Group pursues the goal of enab\u00adling healthy and envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtally conscious living through sustainable consu\u00admer goods. The Group\u2019s growth is based on the ongo\u00ading deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of product inno\u00adva\u00adtions and the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of sustainable compa\u00adnies in rele\u00advant cate\u00adgo\u00adries of the consu\u00admer goods industry.<\/p>\n

The entry into BEN&ANNA marks a stra\u00adte\u00adgic, important step in the joint mission to promote sustainable life\u00adstyles. BEN&ANNA was foun\u00added in 2017 by Marco H\u00fcls\u00adbeck and stands for high-quality and vegan natu\u00adral cosme\u00adtics.
