T\u00fcbin\u00adgen \u2014 SHS Capi\u00adtal has raised appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately \u20ac270 million for its sixth gene\u00adra\u00adtion of funds. Due to strong demand, the fund\u2019s origi\u00adnal target volume of 200 million euros was signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly excee\u00added and is now more than double that of the prede\u00adces\u00adsor fund. The invest\u00adment focus of the new SHS VI fund is on growing Euro\u00adpean health\u00adcare companies.<\/p>\n
The new fund is targe\u00adting ten to fifteen invest\u00adments in the form of both majo\u00adrity and mino\u00adrity stakes. The invest\u00adment amount of the fund is 10 to 40 million euros. Toge\u00adther with LPs and other inves\u00adtors, tran\u00adsac\u00adtion values of up to 150 million euros can be reali\u00adzed. SHS invests exclu\u00adsi\u00advely in compa\u00adnies that are alre\u00adady gene\u00adra\u00adting signi\u00adfi\u00adcant sales, are on a growth trajec\u00adtory and have the goal of beco\u00adming Euro\u00adpean health\u00adcare champions.<\/p>\n
Inves\u00adtors in the SHS VI Fund include fund of funds, insu\u00adrance compa\u00adnies, pension funds, foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons, family offices, banks, health\u00adcare groups, church inves\u00adtors and entre\u00adpre\u00adneurs. Further\u00admore, the SHS invest\u00adment team itself has inves\u00adted significantly.<\/p>\n
