This stra\u00adte\u00adgic acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion gives CVC access to a leading infra\u00adstruc\u00adture plat\u00adform that ideally comple\u00adments the company\u2019s exis\u00adting private equity, secon\u00adda\u00adries and credit stra\u00adte\u00adgies. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion also acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adtes DIF\u2019s growth. The company will conti\u00adnue to operate under the DIF brand and main\u00adtain its inde\u00adpen\u00addence in terms of busi\u00adness acti\u00advi\u00adties and invest\u00adment decisions.<\/p>\n
