The buyer was the tech\u00adni\u00adcal buil\u00adding equip\u00adment and energy service provi\u00adder Elevion Group, which will become a leading service provi\u00adder for biogas plants, decen\u00adtra\u00adli\u00adzed coge\u00adnera\u00adtion and engine conver\u00adsion as a result of the acquisition.<\/p>\n
The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the finan\u00adcial details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. POELLATH advi\u00adsed DPE on tax law in the context of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion under the leader\u00adship of Dr. Michael Best.<\/p>\n
