The newly formed joint venture between Epta and VRS aims to jointly create a leading commer\u00adcial refri\u00adge\u00adra\u00adtion supplier in Central and Nort\u00adhern Europe<\/strong>. The merger includes all of VRS\u2019s commer\u00adcial refri\u00adge\u00adra\u00adtion acti\u00advi\u00adties in Germany, Poland, the Czech Repu\u00adblic, Slova\u00adkia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway and the Baltic States, as well as Epta\u2019s busi\u00adness acti\u00advi\u00adties in Germany, Poland, Denmark, Finland and Norway. With over 1,600 employees, both compa\u00adnies gene\u00adrate total sales of over 400 million euros.<\/p>\n Viess\u00admann was advi\u00adsed on the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion by a R\u00f6dl & Part\u00adner team specia\u00adli\u00adzing in corpo\u00adrate tran\u00adsac\u00adtions, led by part\u00adner Jochen Reis.
