KG has sold its company, one of the largest German importers and at the same time produ\u00adcer and marketer of spirits, to the Stock Spirits Group. Stock Spirits Group, which was acqui\u00adred by CVC Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners in Novem\u00adber 2021, is one of the largest produ\u00adcers and market\u00aders of alco\u00adho\u00adlic bever\u00ada\u00adges in Central Europe. The purchase agree\u00adment was signed at the begin\u00adning of June 2023. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust authorities.<\/p>\n
A corre\u00adspon\u00adding purchase agree\u00adment was signed in June 2023. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price. It is plan\u00adned that all jobs approx. 140 in the company as well as the name BORCO will be preser\u00adved. In the past fiscal year, BORCO gene\u00adra\u00adted sales of around 140 million euros.
