The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the sale, both compa\u00adnies have concluded long-term supply and service agree\u00adments and will coope\u00adrate closely in the future. \u2014 To date, MAN Energy Solu\u00adti\u00adons has been produ\u00adcing and servicing MGT gas turbi\u00adnes of up to 8 mega\u00adwatts in size at its sites in Ober\u00adhau\u00adsen and Zurich for use as mecha\u00adni\u00adcal drives or for power generation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAN Energy Solu\u00adti\u00adons SE<\/strong>, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Augs\u00adburg, Germany, is a leading global supplier of large-bore diesel and gas engi\u00adnes and turbo\u00adma\u00adchi\u00adnery. The product port\u00adfo\u00adlio includes two- and four-stroke engi\u00adnes for marine and statio\u00adnary appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons, turbo\u00adchar\u00adgers and propel\u00adlers, as well as gas and steam turbi\u00adnes, compres\u00adsors and chemi\u00adcal reac\u00adtors.
