Peri\u00adgon was foun\u00added in 2021 by Sihl Group and Trichord, two leading compa\u00adnies in mate\u00adri\u00adals and tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, as a joint venture. Based in D\u00fcren, North Rhine-West\u00adpha\u00adlia, the specia\u00adlis\u00adt\u2019s globally unique tech\u00adni\u00adcal solu\u00adti\u00adons enable designs to be trans\u00adfer\u00adred cost-effec\u00adtively to complex 3D objects. The paten\u00adted, proven process can be used to design a wide variety of complex shapes, with mold mate\u00adrial and produc\u00adtion quan\u00adti\u00adties being irrelevant.<\/p>\n
With the complete acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Trichord by Peri\u00adgon, the joint venture part\u00adner now beco\u00admes part of the Sihl Group, which can now serve its custo\u00admers even more compre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00advely and conve\u00adni\u00adently as a one-stop provi\u00adder. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion marks the second acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Sihl Group under the aegis of funds advi\u00adsed by Equis\u00adtone Part\u00adners Europe (\u201cEquis\u00adtone\u201d). In 2016, the funds had acqui\u00adred a majo\u00adrity stake in the long-estab\u00adlished company based near Bern; at the end of 2021, the US-based Diez\u00adgen Corp. was added.<\/p>\n
