Toge\u00adther with HZG Group, Onsight Ventures and the exis\u00adting inves\u00adtor SquareOne, the DTCF provi\u00addes xolo GmbH with 8 million euros. With this funding, xolos aims to trans\u00adform the 3D prin\u00adting indus\u00adtry through their revo\u00adlu\u00adtio\u00adnary new process called \u201cXolo\u00adgra\u00adphy\u201d. The focus of xolo is on opti\u00adcal appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons, bioprin\u00adting and the dental and acou\u00adstics industries.<\/p>\n
Xolo\u00adgra\u00adphy is a volu\u00admetric prin\u00adting process that prints quickly and produ\u00adces very smooth surfaces. It also opera\u00adtes with mate\u00adri\u00adals that previously could not be used for 3D prin\u00adting. This addres\u00adses three of the major chal\u00adlenges facing the 3D prin\u00adting indus\u00adtry. The aim is to help Xolo\u00adgra\u00adphy tech\u00adno\u00adlogy achieve a breakth\u00adrough and ther\u00adeby open up comple\u00adtely new fields of appli\u00adca\u00adtion for 3D prin\u00adting.
