The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the purchase price.<\/p>\n

The new owner opens up new deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and growth perspec\u00adti\u00adves for the opera\u00adti\u00adons of OPTIMA auto\u00adma\u00adtion GmbH. The assem\u00adbly tech\u00adno\u00adlogy specia\u00adlis\u00adt\u2019s loca\u00adtion in Fell\u00adbach with around 50 employees will be retai\u00adned. The new parent company will be SIM Auto\u00adma\u00adtion GmbH from the exis\u00adting port\u00adfo\u00adlio of Private Assets AG.<\/p>\n

OPTIMA is a third-gene\u00adra\u00adtion family-run company in the field of pack\u00ada\u00adging machi\u00adnes and filling systems with 2,800 employees at 20 loca\u00adti\u00adons worldwide.<\/p>\n

Private Assets is a Hamburg-based invest\u00adment company specia\u00adli\u00adzing in stra\u00adte\u00adgic invest\u00adments in medium-sized compa\u00adnies in tran\u00adsi\u00adtio\u00adnal situations.<\/p>\n
