Munich \u2014 SKW Schwarz has advi\u00adsed the Dutch Azer\u00adion Group N.V. on the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Munich-based Vlyby Digi\u00adtal GmbH. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion was comple\u00adted at the end of Q3 2022.<\/p>\n

Azer\u00adion will pay appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately half of the purchase price in cash (combi\u00adna\u00adtion of upfront and defer\u00adred payment) and in the form of Azer\u00adion common shares; 785,540 treasury shares will be trans\u00adfer\u00adred to the selling shareholders.<\/p>\n

Azer\u00adion<\/a> is a publicly traded tech\u00adno\u00adlogy and data company head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Amster\u00addam.
