The proceeds of the finan\u00adcing round will enable the opening of the first therapy and rese\u00adarch center in London.<\/p>\n<p>The U.K.\u2018s health regu\u00adla\u00adtor MHRA recently gran\u00adted appr\u00adoval for a first-of-its-kind psilo\u00adcy\u00adbin-assis\u00adted therapy trial by Cana\u00addian biotech company Psyence Group to support termi\u00adnal cancer pati\u00adents, which will take place at the new Cler\u00adken\u00adwell Center.<\/p>\n<p>Foun\u00added in 2021, Cler\u00adken\u00adwell Health guides compa\u00adnies in the design and imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of psyche\u00adde\u00adlic-assis\u00adted therapy studies in its own commer\u00adcial centers of excel\u00adlence. Among other things, the company helps plan studies, engage regu\u00adla\u00adtory agen\u00adcies, and prepare clini\u00adcally sound and scien\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adcally robust study proto\u00adcols for regu\u00adla\u00adtory appr\u00adoval.
