In a Busi\u00adness Combi\u00adna\u00adtion Agree\u00adment signed on Octo\u00adber 5, XXXLutz and home24 agreed on the key points for future coope\u00adra\u00adtion between the two compa\u00adnies. XXXLutz has alre\u00adady secu\u00adred appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 50% of the voting rights through agree\u00adments with share\u00adhol\u00adders. In addi\u00adtion, XXXLutz subscri\u00adbed to a capi\u00adtal increase from autho\u00adri\u00adzed capi\u00adtal amoun\u00adting to just under 10% of the share capital.<\/p>\n
