Berlin \u2014 Berlin-based fund Project A Ventures recently parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adted in the Series D finan\u00adcing round of Italian real estate plat\u00adform Casavo<\/strong>. The funding has a total volume of \u20ac 400 <\/strong>million<\/strong>, consis\u00adting of a \u20ac 100 million equity finan\u00adcing and \u20ac 300 million from debt capi\u00adtal and thus repres\u00adents the largest fund\u00adrai\u00adsing for a PropTech company in Europe. The finan\u00adcing round was led by Exor, a holding company run by the Agnelli family that makes a variety of invest\u00adments ranging from publi\u00adshing (e.g., The Econo\u00admist) to auto\u00admo\u00adtive brands (e.g., Ferrari and Stellan\u00adtis) to soccer clubs (Juven\u00adtus). In addi\u00adtion to Project A Ventures, Greenoaks, 360 Capi\u00adtal, P101 SGR, Picus Capi\u00adtal and Bonsai Part\u00adners also parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adted. \u2014 YPOG advi\u00adsed venture capi\u00adtal inves\u00adtor Project A Ventures on this and the follo\u00adwing two rounds of financing.<\/p>\n

Project A Ventures also inves\u00adted in French pet insu\u00adrance plat\u00adform Dalma<\/strong>. The Series A finan\u00adcing round has a total volume of \u20ac 15 million<\/strong>
\nand was led by North\u00adzone, with further parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion from Project A Ventures and Anterra Capi\u00adtal. Exis\u00adting inves\u00adtors Global Foun\u00adders Capi\u00adtal and Frst as well as Kima Ventures also parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adted again.<\/p>\n

The venture capi\u00adtal inves\u00adtor also led the seed funding round of Berlin-based startup Root Global<\/strong>. Root Global\u2019s mission is to make the Carbon OS
\nof the food indus\u00adtry. The finan\u00adcing has a total volume of \u20ac 2.5 million. In addi\u00adtion to Project A Ventures, invest\u00adments were also made by Nucleus Capi\u00adtal and seve\u00adral busi\u00adness angels such as Meng\u00adting Gao, Andreas Berger, Max Vies\u00admann, Markus Windisch, Michael
