Berlin<\/strong> \u2014 A YPOG team led by Stephan Bank and Julian Albrecht provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive advice to Vorwerk Ventures on the struc\u00adtu\u00adring of its latest early-stage fund with a total volume of \u20ac 150 million. The fund focu\u00adses on inves\u00adt\u00ading in Euro\u00adpean start\u00adups and aims to build the next gene\u00adra\u00adtion of tech unicorns. With the recently closed fund, Vorwerk Ventures will prima\u00adrily parti\u00adci\u00adpate in seed and Series A finan\u00adcing rounds.<\/p>\n

With the new fund, Vorwerk Ventures has now laun\u00adched four fund gene\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons with a total volume of \u20ac 500 million and inves\u00adted in more than 40 start\u00adups. The company holds invest\u00adments in seve\u00adral well-known VC-funded compa\u00adnies, inclu\u00adding Ther\u00admondo, Ever\u00addrop, Plan\u00adted and Avi Medi\u00adcal. Opera\u00adting inde\u00adpendently since 2019, Vorwerk Ventures was also one of the first inves\u00adtors in DAX-listed Hellofresh and deli\u00advery service Flaschen\u00adpost, which was sold to Oetker for appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately \u20ac1 billion.<\/p>\n

Vorwerk Ventures has alre\u00adady relied on YPOG\u2019s exper\u00adtise in the struc\u00adtu\u00adring of the previous gene\u00adra\u00adtion of funds in 2019.
