Lenaerts\/LVR and ABN Clima\u00adtiza\u00adtion form the foun\u00adda\u00adtion of the new group. Lenaerts\/LVR (Houtha\u00adlen-Helch\u00adte\u00adren \u2014 www.lenaertsnv.be, \u20ac16 million turno\u00adver, 45 employees) was foun\u00added in 1981 and has become an estab\u00adlished player in the world of indus\u00adtrial instal\u00adla\u00adtion, with a focus on elec\u00adtri\u00adcal engi\u00adnee\u00adring. ABN Clima\u00adtiza\u00adtion (Muns\u00adter\u00adbil\u00adzen \u2014 www.abn.be, \u20ac11 million turno\u00adver, 47 employees) was foun\u00added in 1996 and specia\u00adli\u00adzes in retail, office and indus\u00adtrial HVAC.<\/p>\n
To realize the energy tran\u00adsi\u00adtion, there is a growing need to make buil\u00addings more energy effi\u00adci\u00adent, elec\u00adtrify heating and mobi\u00adlity, and imple\u00adment new tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies and busi\u00adness models. In this context, there is room for a large instal\u00adla\u00adtion company that offers cross-tech\u00adno\u00adlogy solu\u00adti\u00adons.
