Since the purchase of real Group by inves\u00adtor SCP from METRO AG in June 2020, real Group has under\u00adta\u00adken far-reaching measu\u00adres for the dispo\u00adsal of loca\u00adti\u00adons to compe\u00adti\u00adtors in the food indus\u00adtry and the trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion of its opera\u00adting busi\u00adness, which were accom\u00adpa\u00adnied by Clif\u00adford Chance.<\/p>\n
The dive\u00adst\u00adment of the remai\u00adning 63 sites was contrac\u00adtually agreed in Decem\u00adber 2021 and comple\u00adted on July 1, 2022.
