Munich\/ San Fran\u00adcisco \u2014 A Gleiss Lutz team has advi\u00adsed US private equity firm Greenoaks Capi\u00adtal Part\u00adners as lead inves\u00adtor in the second closing of its Series E round finan\u00adcing of soft\u00adware company Perso\u00adnio. This was a further $200 million increase on the initial finan\u00adcing raised in Octo\u00adber 2021. The new finan\u00adcing brings the capi\u00adtal raised through the Series E to $470 million.<\/p>\n

Foun\u00added in 2012 in San Fran\u00adcisco, Greenoaks is a leading global tech inves\u00adtor based in San Fran\u00adcisco. In its invest\u00adments, the company focu\u00adses on long-term invest\u00adments in tech\u00adno\u00adlogy-based compa\u00adnies around the world.<\/p>\n

The soft\u00adware company Perso\u00adnio offers a people opera\u00adting system for small and medium-sized compa\u00adnies with 10 to 2,000 employees. Its all-in-one HR soft\u00adware, which includes person\u00adnel manage\u00adment, recrui\u00adting and payroll, is now used by more than 6,000 custo\u00admers throug\u00adhout Europe.<\/p>\n
