As a central point of cont\u00adact for medium-sized compa\u00adnies in capi\u00adtal-inten\u00adsive inno\u00adva\u00adtion and growth phases, it appro\u00adved 15 new invest\u00adments in the past fiscal year (previous year: 13) with a total volume of 5.8 million euros (previous year: 4.7 million euros). Disbur\u00adse\u00adments in the micro\u00admez\u00adza\u00adnine area were also increased year-on-year from EUR 516,000 (12 appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons in 2020) to EUR 910,000 (16 appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons in 2021). The past fiscal year was not only a successful year for MBG H, but also a very special one: In Septem\u00adber, it cele\u00adbra\u00adted its 50th anni\u00adver\u00adsary \u2014 while Betei\u00adli\u00adgungs-Manage\u00adment\u00adge\u00adsell\u00adschaft Hessen mbH (\u201cBMH\u201d), which mana\u00adges MBG H, cele\u00adbra\u00adted its 20th anni\u00adver\u00adsary. As a subsi\u00addiary of Helaba, the SME invest\u00adment and venture capi\u00adtal company BMH has been bund\u00adling all public invest\u00adment inte\u00adrests and finan\u00adcing instru\u00adments for start-ups and SMEs in Hesse since 2001.<\/p>\n
MBG H provi\u00addes mezza\u00adnine capi\u00adtal to small and medium-sized enter\u00adpri\u00adses in Hesse in the form of silent part\u00adner\u00adships over a period of ten years. The invest\u00adment focus here is on compa\u00adnies that are estab\u00adlished in their market and have inte\u00adres\u00adt\u00ading inno\u00adva\u00adtion and growth pros\u00adpects. \u201cEven after two years of Corona \u2014 or perhaps precis\u00adely because of it \u2014 we see how many crea\u00adtive ideas are emer\u00adging in our state.
