The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion took place within the frame\u00adwork of a bidding process. The closing of the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is still subject to anti\u00adtrust clearance.<\/p>\n<p>The previous owner Hans M\u00fcller was compre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00advely legally advi\u00adsed in the course of the company sale by a specia\u00adli\u00adzed inter\u00addi\u00adsci\u00adpli\u00adnary team of <strong>R\u00f6dl &amp; Part\u00adner<\/strong> Germany led by part\u00adner Michael Wiehl. The main focus of the advice was on the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of a complex M&amp;A process in the context of a bidding procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Hans M\u00fcller sees great advan\u00adta\u00adges for both sides in the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion: \u201cWith this merger, we have been able to set the stra\u00adte\u00adgic course for a successful future.
