As a result of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, LIVEKINDLY Coll\u00adec\u00adtive became the sole share\u00adhol\u00adder of Like\u00adMeat, having alre\u00adady acqui\u00adred the remai\u00adning 51% stake in the renow\u00adned food company from <strong>heristo<\/strong> AG earlier this year. Further details of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>SMP also assis\u00adted Timo Recker in his invest\u00adment in the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnally active plant-based food company as part of the <strong>$200 million \u201cFoun\u00adders\u2019 Funding Round.\u201d<\/strong>  As a member of the \u201cFoun\u00adders\u2019 Board\u201d of LIVEKINDLY Coll\u00adec\u00adtive, he actively supports the global food company with his exten\u00adsive indus\u00adtry expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Timo Recker will now apply his exten\u00adsive indus\u00adtry expe\u00adri\u00adence to the Asian market. As co-foun\u00adder and CEO of Next Gen Foods, he plans to deve\u00adlop high-quality plant-based foods that address the hete\u00adro\u00adgen\u00adeity of the Asian food market.
